    Processing Time

    All signed editions are packed and shipped from South Australia.

    Orders are processed throughout the week and dispatched once weekly from my local post office.

    Please allow 3–7 business days for dispatch.

    Each order is carefully packed by hand to ensure it arrives safely.

    Shipping

    Shipping rates and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout based on your location.

    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

    Please note that once your parcel is with the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of my control.

    International Orders

    International customers may be required to pay import duties, taxes, or customs fees depending on their country.

    These charges are set by your local government and are the responsibility of the customer.

    If you would like your book personalised, you can leave a note at checkout.

    Please ensure all notes are added before completing your order, as changes cannot be guaranteed once the order is placed.

    Return Policy

    Refunds are only issued where there is a genuine issue with your order.

    Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original condition to be eligible for a refund.

    Returns are not accepted for change of mind.

    While every order is carefully packed, minor cosmetic damage that does not affect the readability or overall integrity of the book is not considered a fault.

    Only significant damage reported within 7 days of delivery will be considered, and any resolution will be offered at my discretion.
