Refund policy

Digital Products (eBooks & Audiobooks)

All digital product sales are final. Due to the instant nature of downloads, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on eBooks or audiobooks once they have been delivered.

Physical Books

All physical books are either:

  • Printed to order, or
  • Signed and prepared in-house

Because of this, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery).

To help us assess the issue, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging.

What counts as damage

We will replace or refund items that arrive with significant damage, including:

  • Major dents or crushing
  • Torn or heavily creased covers
  • Water damage
  • Printing issues that affect readability.

What does not qualify as damage

Minor imperfections that occur during shipping or handling are not considered damage. This includes:

  • Slight corner dents
  • Small scuffs or marks
  • Minor edge wear
  • Very light creasing

Due to the nature of shipping, we cannot guarantee books will arrive in pristine, collector-grade condition.

Returns requirement

In some cases, we may require the item to be returned before issuing a replacement or refund. If a return is required, we will provide instructions.

Resolution

Where an issue is approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement (preferred), or
  • A refund if a replacement is not possible
