Digital Delivery

eBooks and audiobooks are delivered instantly via email (through BookFunnel).

These will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

They provide fast, dedicated support for downloading and reading your books on any device.

Physical books are fulfilled in one of the following ways:

Print-on-demand books are printed and shipped by BookVault
Signed copies are packed and shipped directly by the author from South Australia, Australia

Shipping times vary depending on your location and will be shown at checkout where available.

Print-on-demand books are produced and shipped from the closest available facility (UK, US, or AU depending on availability)
Signed copies are shipped from South Australia

Please allow additional time for signed orders, as these are packed and dispatched manually.

For international orders, delivery may take 2–4 weeks or longer, depending on location and postal conditions.

All shipping timeframes are estimates and may be affected by delays outside our control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply.

These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are determined by your country’s regulations.
